Job Summary Join our team as a Warehouse and Delivery Associate, where you'll be performing efficient product handling, safe transportation, and exceptional customer service. Duties Safely load, unload, and organize goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Plan and follow optimized delivery routes using mobile devices to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, practicing safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques Deliver products directly to customers’ locations while providing excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance reports Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred) Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving; experience with flat bed trucks is highly desirable Delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route planning and adherence to traffic laws Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, moving items safely, and stacking inventory efficiently Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and weight handling in the workplace Comfortable using mobile devices for navigation, communication, and documentation during deliveries Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients during deliveries Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Work Location: In person
