Company Overview D&L Tile Inc is a family-owned and operated local business serving the Reno area for over 45 years. The company fabricates and installs tile and granite. Job Overview We are seeking a warehouse/delivery driver to support warehouse operations and deliver materials safely and reliably. This hands-on role combines warehouse distribution, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery duties. Responsibilities Pick, pack, package, and stage orders; stock materials and support shipping and receiving. Load and unload deliveries, handle materials safely, and complete heavy lifting as required. Operate a delivery vehicle and material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and cranes, when trained and authorized. Maintain inventory records using inventory management software or a warehouse management system (WMS), including AS400 where applicable. Follow safety regulations and protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and keep work areas organized. Your impact: Accurate order handling and safe, timely deliveries help customers receive the materials they need for their projects. Requirements Warehouse experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, shipping and receiving, stocking, picking and packing, or order picking is preferred. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, not required. Demonstrated materials handling, manual handling, and heavy equipment operation skills; familiarity with warehouse management and inventory management is beneficial. Basic math skills and technical proficiency for inventory systems and routine records. Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE; knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidance is an advantage. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to perform the physical duties of the role.
