GCL Diesel is now stepping into another level of expansion by means of a brand new parts distribution centre based in the South East region of Calgary, Alberta. The Warehouse/Customer Service role supports accurate, timely movement of goods while helping customers and colleagues with order-related needs. You’ll contribute across warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and e-commerce operations, keeping products organized and orders moving smoothly. Duties Pick and pack orders, complete packaging, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Receive deliveries, verify items, and load and unload goods safely and accurately. Use a warehouse management system and related tools, learn and use the companies ERP system Odoo to complete warehouse functions and customer service functions Operate equipment such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker when qualified, following workplace procedures. Respond to customer questions about orders and monitor customer drop offs and pick ups as they come during operation hours Experience Required : - Basic Math - Clear communication, english speaking - ability to lift over 50lbs Preferred: -Warehouse (order picking, packing, and receiving -Customer service -POS equipment use -Forklift operation -Pallet jack operation -W.A.V.E operation -Drivers license with clear drivers abstract Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental care On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Work Location: In person
