Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse / Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels Perform stock replenishment, picking & packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery while adhering to safety regulations and OSHA standards Conduct manual handling of materials with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries during heavy lifting or material handling tasks Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, labeling items, and ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying shipments against orders and documenting discrepancies Support warehouse distribution processes by coordinating logistics activities and ensuring timely order fulfillment Majority of work day is on your feet standing or walking Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, crane operation skills preferred Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory control, materials handling, and order picking & packing Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing accurately Prior experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership is a plus Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance is advantageous Commitment to safety protocol adherence including OSHA regulations and PPE use during all tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling as required by the role Very Important - Need to have some computer skills for the customer service portion of this position!
