Warehouse & Customer Service

Prairie Battery is a family owned and operated business that has been supplying Canada with batteries across many industries for over 25 years. We are looking for a career-oriented individual to join our team, full time, in Regina to take on various warehousing and customer service responsibilities such as: - Shipping & Receiving goods - Fulfilling orders: Picking, labelling, palletizing, and delivering throughout the city and local area - Organize, maintain, and operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cube trucks. - Organize and maintain inventory - Answering phone calls and assisting customers - Looking up and matching batteries to customer needs - Testing, inspecting, and installing batteries in vehicles This is an indoor/outdoor position where every day is unique and customer service/attention to detail is essential. Experience in the battery, automotive, or industrial sectors are an asset but not required. We're looking for the following traits out of the ideal candidate: - A drive for self-learning - The ability to work as both part of a team and independently - Self-motivated - High attention to detail - Honest and reliable Required Qualifications for this role: - Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation - Must be bondable / no criminal record - Able to travel throughout Saskatchewan - Basic understanding of computer systems and M365 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Profit sharing RRSP match Education: Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: Licence (required) Work Location: In person
