TW Services Inc.TW Services, is a third party Warehouse Service Provider for US Foods. We are currently seeking for Full-Time CSR/Scheduler to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full-time and permanent. We have a fast onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview. Position : Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00AM to 1:30PM Further shift details can be addressed at interview. Compensation/Benefits: Weekly pay cycle! Get paid every Friday Paid Sick Leave PPO Health Insurance Options with Vision and Dental 401(k) Plan Daily Responsibilities: Check driver in and out on a tablet Enter all data associated with each load Great customer service handling inbound drivers bill of ladings Collect payment for unloading services electronically Perform audits of data collection to ensure integrity Perform other related duties as required or assigned Requirements : MUST have computer/typing experience Bilingual - Spanish and English (REQUIRED) Ability to work with others and individually Ability to multitask required Advanced familiarity with computers (REQUIRED) Customer service skills Attention to detail is key in this position Basic math skills Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
