Job Summary The Events Warehouse Crew supports the preparation, transportation, setup, and breakdown of event décor and floral inventory. This role is hands-on and ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and behind-the-scenes event operations. Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Prepare event décor and rental inventory for scheduled events Load, unload, transport, and organize décor, floral items, and equipment Assist with event setup and breakdown at venues Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assist with inventory control, inspection, and restocking Dispose of damaged or unusable foliage and décor as instructed Assist designers and lead crew with event preparation tasks Support deliveries using cargo vans or box trucks (as needed) Follow event checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days Ability to take direction and work collaboratively as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Valid driver’s license is a plus (not required for all positions) Experience Previous warehouse, event, moving, or labor experience preferred Event décor or wedding industry experience is a plus Training provided for the right candidate Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying for extended periods Working indoors (warehouse) and outdoors (event venues) Why Work With Us Flexible scheduling Fun, creative, and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the event and wedding industry Growth opportunities for reliable and high-performing team members How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume or a brief work summary.
