We supply around 10,000 dealers, installers, and repair shops across the Southeast from warehouses in Calera, Alabama, Lakeland, Florida, and Petersburg, Virginia. Our customers count on us for the right part, delivered fast, backed by people who know the product. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate keeps orders moving: picking and packing customer orders, receiving inbound freight, and loading route trucks each morning. Product ranges from small trailer hardware to tonneau covers, running boards, and hitches. This is an active, on-your-feet role on a small team where accuracy matters. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately using a handheld scanner Receive inbound freight, check it against the packing list, and put product away Load and unload trucks and help get route trucks out on time each morning Operate a forklift and pallet jack (training and certification provided) Help with cycle counts and keep inventory locations accurate Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety rules and speak up when something is not right Qualifications Age 18 or older Attention to detail: the right part in the right box every time Reliable and on time Comfortable with a handheld scanner and basic computer tasks Forklift or stock picker experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working at heights Must be available for overtime Warehouse, shipping, or parts experience preferred Must pass a background check and drug screen Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for a full shift Benefits Steady weekday schedule Paid forklift training and certification Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision coverage, available the first of the month after your hire date 401(k) after one year, with a 30% company match on up to 8% of your contribution Family-owned, friendly work environment Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
