About the Role We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Counter Associate to support our field technicians. You’ll help ensure the parts and supplies they need are accurate, stocked, and ready, so jobs run smoothly and customers are taken care of.This is a hands-on role involving inventory, purchasing, order fulfillment, and daily technician support in a busy warehouse. What You’ll Do Create and process purchase orders using company software Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits Pull and stage inventory for new and existing service trucks Pick, prepare, and confirm orders for technicians Help technicians in person and over the phone with parts and product questions Prepare accurate quotes based on technician and job needs Enter and process orders accurately Build strong working relationships with technicians and understand their daily needs Stay current on products and company offerings Identify ways to improve warehouse processes Follow safety standards and keep the warehouse clean and organized Work occasional overtime as needed Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Strong computer skills and comfort learning software systems Experience with Eclipse software is a plus Clear written and verbal communication Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to solve problems and adjust priorities in a busy environment Dependable, self-motivated approach and a willingness to help the team Why Join Done Right Today?
