Position Overview As our Warehouse & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for keeping our warehouse organized, maintaining accurate inventory, assisting customers and contractors at the counter, processing payments, and ensuring our daily operations run efficiently. Daily Responsibilities Welcome and assist contractors and customers picking up purchased products Process customer payments accurately and professionally Answer basic product questions and provide excellent customer service Prepare customer and technician orders accurately and efficiently Receive incoming shipments and verify products, quantities, and condition Stock shelves and organize all inventory in the proper locations Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits Ensure inventory records remain accurate at all times Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management Monitor stock levels and notify management before products run low Maintain an organized warehouse where products are easy to locate Load and unload garage door products, openers, springs, tracks, hardware, panels, and accessories Assist with returns, warranty items, and damaged inventory Verify purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips Report damaged or missing shipments immediately Help improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment Work closely with management to ensure daily operations run smoothly Complete additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed Qualifications (Required) Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Previous warehouse, inventory, or operations experience Customer service experience Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 75 lbs. Assistance or equipment is available for heavier items. Comfortable using computers and learning inventory software Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong communication skills Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Experience in the garage door industry Knowledge of garage door parts and equipment Inventory management experience Counter sales or parts department experience Forklift experience or certification Mechanical aptitude Excel What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently.
