Why ProSource: Pay: $18/Hr + Benefits Hands‑on role with a supportive, team‑focused environment Work with quality products for trade professionals Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401k What you'll actually be doing: This is a hands‑on warehouse role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming flooring, tile, cabinetry, and other materials Pull and stage orders accurately for customer pickups and deliveries Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Assist with deliveries to jobsites, customers, and other locations as needed Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Keep warehouse inventory organized, clean, and easy to access Assist with inventory counts and product organization Verify products and quantities against orders before loading Handle materials carefully to minimize damage Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and loading area Assist Account Managers and showroom staff with customer orders and product needs Help with general warehouse and facility duties as needed Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers and trade professionals What makes someone successful here: Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to stay busy Physically capable of safely lifting and moving flooring, tile, cabinets, and other building materials packaging often over 50 lbs Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work throughout the day Detail-oriented and able to accurately pull and stage orders Safety-conscious Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional and friendly when interacting with customers Willing to learn our products, warehouse systems, and procedures Ideal background: Previous warehouse, construction, flooring, building materials, or delivery experience is a plus Forklift experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to regularly lift and move heavy materials Basic ability to read orders, measurements, product names, and quantities Ability to do basic math Reliable transportation to and from work About ProSource: ProSource Wholesale is one of North America's largest flooring and home project suppliers, with 150+ showrooms serving trade professionals and their clients.
