Warehouse Coordinator (Part Time)

SUMMARY Warehouse coordinator (Part Time) is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through inventory management, equipment tracking, and maintaining efficient organization while ensuring effective communication. WORK HOURS Normal work schedule is 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. (30 mins lunch break) Occasionally, during our busy season, additional hours may be required to meet our business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for efficient communication, harmonious interaction and support of co-workers and management team members. Operates forklift for deliveries. Maintains daily forklift inspection form & reports any problems with operations. Receives, and distributes all appliances and parts to appropriate bins and personnel. Deliver permits and parts to Palmer Gas service areas when needed. Responsible for maintaining the warehouse's organization and ensuring products are stored efficiently, optimizing layout, space utilization and cleanliness. Facilitate tracking of company equipment for repairs / updates / Maintenance. Monitor inventory and supplies level. Works on year-end inventory. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to provide general support to company operations. Always maintains and promotes company brand guidelines and core values. Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
