Warehouse Coordinator I

Logoplaste is looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator at out Lima, OH location. Compensation: 75,000 anually. Job Summary & Purpose: The Warehouse Coordinator I is directly responsible for the supervision of all warehouse activities to ensure successful and accurate delivery of product meets the customer. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Supervisory Responsibilities Assists the manager in supervision of all internal and external warehouse activities to maintain sustained service levels to customers. Ensures employee compliance with policy and procedure as well as coaching and training. Logistics Maintains physical condition and organization of internal and external warehouses. Gives hands on assistance for loading and unloading if necessary to assist the shifts to complete loads or paperwork. Analyzes the material handler function. Update resort and control the out bound shipments for the customer. Daily and Monthly Reporting Ensures accuracy of SAP inventory (raw materials, finished goods and supplies.) Ensures monthly inventory of warehouse and accurately reports all information related to production. Organizes and participates in monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliations. Ensures all paperwork to customer is accurate when shipping product. Records and processes warehouse documentation as well as safety records. Ordering Raw Materials Order virgin resin, color, and PCR. Order corrugate. Order Labels. Order Spouts. Order box making glue. Order ink printing and supplies.
