Warehouse Coordinator - HUN

Essential Functions Supervise, train, and assist employee-partners in accomplishing their assigned task. Implement work schedules that will facilitate all shifts work being completed timely and with a minimum of overtime. Coordinate the loading functions within the franchise. Coordinate load crews and temp help. Ensure all warehouse equipment is in proper working condition. Ensure every reasonable precaution is taken to protect all assets, equipment and inventory from damage or theft. Assist with the hiring and disciplinary processes as needed. Enforce all company policies as they relate to safety and security, making sure that all employee-partners are trained in respect to the policies. Review the time and attendance records to ensure accuracy. Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and observing safety rules. Assist in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices and grounds. Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor. Travel Up to 10% Education and Experience High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Required Prior Warehouse experience; Required Prior Management experience; Preferred Must be able to be forklift certified. Valid Driver License, for state of residence, with good driving record; Preferred Prior Warehouse experience; Required Prior Management experience; Preferred Certifications & Licenses: Must be able to be forklift certified. Valid Driver License, for state of residence, with good driving record; Preferred Other Physical Requirements Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth) Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Slip Resistant Shoes and any other PPE required as a result of a job hazard analysis. All tasks within the warehouse are physically demanding and labor-intensive. Employees within this role are required have the ability to: stand, walk, stoop, reach and climb up and downstairs throughout shift as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and warm environment, especially during summer months.
