Centra Install Pros is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who takes pride in keeping products, materials, and orders organized. If you have warehouse experience, notice when something is missing or damaged, and plan ahead to keep work moving, we want to hear from you.

ll receive and inspect incoming products, track inventory, and prepare orders for upcoming installations. You’ll work closely with our installation, service, shipping, sales, and manufacturing teams to make sure the right products and materials are ready when they’re needed.
This is a hands-on role that combines material handling with inventory tracking, quality checks, and daily warehouse organization.
What You’ll Do
• Receive incoming products and check quantities, condition, and accuracy against order paperwork.
• Complete quality checks within 24 hours of receiving products and flag damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Organize and track incoming and outgoing products so orders are easy to locate and ready for installation.
• Prepare products and materials for upcoming jobs ahead of crew pickup.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and product movement.
• Operate a forklift to move and organize products safely.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organized, along with showroom and office areas where applicable.
• Communicate with the Install Manager and other teams to resolve order issues and changing priorities.
What You Bring
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material-handling role.
• Current forklift certification and practical experience operating a forklift.
• Experience receiving deliveries, checking products against packing slips or order paperwork, and identifying damage or missing items.
• Experience picking, staging, or preparing orders for dispatch or crew pickup.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking, stock counts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic computer skills to enter information, update records, and communicate by email.
• Ability to safely perform regular lifting, carrying, and material handling throughout the workday.
• Ability to organize your workload independently and prepare orders to meet scheduled deadlines.
Experience handling windows, doors, construction materials, or other large and fragile products is an asset.
