Wycliffe TechnologiesJob Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Position Summary Wycliffe Technologies is looking for a dependable, motivated, and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and support our project teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the telecommunications, low-voltage, security, access control, CCTV/video surveillance, electrical, or a related industry and be familiar with the types of materials and equipment commonly used on these projects. This position requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of the warehouse, maintain accurate records, and ensure project materials and equipment are properly received, organized, staged, and tracked. The position also includes computer-based administrative responsibilities, fleet management, and occasional travel to jobsites. Responsibilities & Duties Warehouse & Material Management Receive, inspect, and organize incoming project materials and deliveries. Stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects and field crews. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts. Identify shortages, damaged materials, incorrect shipments, or other discrepancies and communicate them promptly. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and accessible. Separate and label material by project Equipment & Tool Management Maintain organized storage and accurate records for tools and equipment. Track tools and equipment issued to employees and project teams. Maintain a sign-out process documenting employees entering the warehouse and materials, tools, or equipment being removed. Maintain a sign-in/return process for materials, tools, and equipment returned. Inspect returned items Assist with identifying equipment requiring repair, replacement, or maintenance. Shipping & Receiving Receive and document incoming packages and deliveries. Prepare, package, label, and ship materials and equipment as required. Verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase documentation. Upload and maintain packing slips and other receiving documentation within the company's accounting/document management systems. Purchasing & Administrative Support Work with the Purchasing Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate material purchases. Assist with matching purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Maintain accurate electronic records for warehouse, material, equipment, and purchasing activities. Fleet Management Assist with the day-to-day management and tracking of company fleet vehicles. Maintain records for vehicle assignments, registrations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and service appointments. Manage and track company WEX fuel cards and associated vehicle records. Monitor vehicle documentation and report upcoming maintenance Experience & Qualifications Prior experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, electronic security, access control, CCTV/video surveillance, electrical, or a related construction industry is required. Previous warehouse, material management, inventory, or logistics experience strongly preferred. Strong computer skills and proficient with Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Ability to learn company accounting software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Must be able to periodically travel to project/job sites to deliver, pick up, or coordinate materials and equipment as needed.
