Warehouse Coordinator

Overview Fulco Fulfillment Inc. (FFI) in Dover, NJ is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to support daily inventory control and overall warehouse operations. FFI is a warehouse and fulfillment company. Service is what we sell. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our 3PL logistics and fulfillment operation. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating outbound shipments, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining accurate customer inventory records. This role is essential to keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect inbound products against receiving paperwork. Prepare and expedite all kits and products for shipping adhering to delivery date requirements and customer specifications. Manage customer returns, physically inspect returned parts. Follow customer’s SOP to determine resale eligibility. Become familiar with customer product catalog. Ensure inventory accuracy by entering shipping and receiving data into the warehouse management system (WMS) system on a timely basis as well as perform physical counts of parts, as required, to substantiate inventory data. Perform regular cycle counts when inventory reaches predetermined minimum levels and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Inventory reached understock levels confirm count on shelf and adjust in order management system (OMS). Plan and track the preparation and routing of work orders according to customer routing guides. Track and adjust stock levels in the warehouse management system (WMS). Perform other duties related to warehouse and fulfillment operations Quarantined Product: move and manage quarantined product when required by the client. Utilize our order management system to monitor and manage customer orders and warehouse activity. Provide FFI’s client service manager with shipment weights, dimensions and other necessary details. Use best practices for product labeling, bin location use, and proper inventory transactions. Produce assembly manifest for kitting needs. Maintain accurate inventory and investigate and resolve discrepancies. Pack, load, and unload shipments accurately and on time. Maintain detailed documentation for all shipping and receiving activities. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse experience Experience with Veracore Order Management System Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles. Forklift operating experience Microsoft 365 experience with working knowledge of Word and Excel for sorting and filtering Experience with routing guides Understanding of 3PL fulfillment operations Hands-on experience with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, supply chain and inventory control Ability to read English and interpret SOPs and warehouse documentation. Experience working with an order management or warehouse management system Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Frequent standing and walking. Frequent reaching, bending/stooping, kneeling/crawling, climbing/balancing.
