Healthy Basement Systems is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to oversee shipments, manage inventory, and help keep our company vehicles maintained and ready for daily operations. What You’ll Do Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities, inspecting deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment to keep installation crews supplied. Organize tools, equipment, and materials so they are easy to locate and ready for use. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs and assist with loading and unloading. Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance within your abilities, coordinate repairs and scheduled service, and maintain service records. Communicate with installation crews and management about material needs, shipment discrepancies, and vehicle concerns. Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and follow safe material-handling practices. What You Bring Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or a related role. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and the judgment to recognize when professional service is needed. Comfort using inventory systems, spreadsheets, or similar recordkeeping tools. The ability to handle materials and perform the physical duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. A dependable, team-oriented approach and pride in doing the job well. Construction industry experience and familiarity with tools and equipment are a plus.
