Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipment processing, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support continuous operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Restack, wrap, and secure pallets for storage and outbound shipments. Perform routine inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories while investigating discrepancies. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, and internal teams to support timely deliveries. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations and inventory management experience. Forklift certification and hands-on forklift operating experience preferred. Experience with shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
