Warehouse Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish / English)

ASO Roofing Supply is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our daily warehouse and delivery operations. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, solves problems, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Route Planning: Organize and coordinate daily deliveries to ensure efficient scheduling and timely service. Returns Coordination: Schedule and coordinate material returns and pickups. Will-Call Coordination: Ensure customer pickup orders are accurately prepared and ready on time. Quality Control: Work closely with the warehouse team to verify order accuracy, material quantities, and loading readiness. Daily Coordination: Communicate with warehouse employees, drivers, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce mistakes, improve efficiency, and streamline daily operations. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. Dependable, punctual, and accountable. Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or building materials is a plus, but not required.
