Warehouse Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin and English)

Job Overview As a Warehouse Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin and English), you’ll keep warehouse and supply chain operations moving by coordinating inventory, purchasing, shipping, and transportation. You’ll communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams in Mandarin and English, track orders and materials, and use operational data to identify issues and improve workflows. Duties Coordinate warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, stocking, materials handling, and shipping and receiving. Support inventory control, demand and production planning, purchasing, procurement, sourcing, pricing, and supplier and vendor management. Arrange freight and transportation planning; coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers, and maintain shipping logistics records. Use warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, transportation management systems, and spreadsheets to collect and analyze data. Your impact: Accurate inventory and shipment coordination helps internal teams plan reliably and helps customers receive orders as expected. Skills Essential: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English; warehouse experience; knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply chain management, and shipping and receiving. Essential: Strong cross-functional communication, customer service, organization, data collection, and analysis skills; ability to perform manual handling as required. Preferred: Experience with materials management, category management, contracts, negotiation, trade compliance, international trade regulations, NVOCC operations, and profit and loss. Preferred: Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, AS400, MRP, Excel data analysis, Microsoft Office, inventory management systems, and supply chain analytics. Helpful: Forklift experience, root cause analysis, process improvement, transportation management, and practicing in a supply chain operations role.
