This role coordinates on-site between the warehouse, drivers, logistics vendors, and internal teams. The main focus is making sure daily inbound, outbound, and driver handoffs are completed accurately — no missed pickups, wrong shipments, or incomplete paperwork. This is not a purely administrative role — it requires hands-on, on-site handoff work. It does not include warehouse capacity, slotting, or inventory planning. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily pickups across logistics channels; confirm driver arrival times and follow up if drivers are running late. Handle on-site receiving and handoff for couriers, LTL/FTL, and inbound drivers; coordinate vehicles, dock doors, and warehouse staff. Before shipping, verify channel, goods, pallet count, and box count; separate domestic and international shipments as required. Oversee loading and pickup to confirm the driver takes the correct goods and quantity per the outbound plan. Complete driver sign-off, BOL, Manifest, and Scan Form documents; take photos and upload for records. Coordinate daily inbound receiving — confirm appointments, delivery info, shipping documents, and on-site unloading. Handle exceptions such as late arrivals, missed pickups, quantity mismatches, or wrong labels/channels; follow up with carriers when needed. Receive, assign, and track warehouse work tickets so every issue has an owner, progress, and resolution. Report daily inbound/outbound activity and exceptions; help with order printing, exception orders, and freight measurement when not busy. Focus Areas Accurate handoffs: carefully verify driver, channel, and goods to avoid wrong or missed shipments. Complete records: signatures, photos, quantities, and documents must be complete and traceable. Timely exception handling: report and follow up on issues right away, and share the final outcome. Clear communication: keep the warehouse, drivers, vendors, and internal teams aligned.
