Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary Responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, storing, tracking, and distributing inventory. Ensures accurate inventory records, timely shipments and deliveries, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Works closely with management, purchasing, and other departments to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and deliveries. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas. Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records. Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments. Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and material requests. Maintain accurate receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation. Identify damaged, missing, or misplaced inventory and report issues. Assist with improving warehouse procedures and inventory control. Work with management and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse Required Qualifications & Personal Attributes Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual. Must have reliable transportation Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Takes initiative and demonstrates a strong work ethic. Ability to maintain an accurate and organized inventory system.
