Warehouse Coordinator at Grape Creek Vineyards Georgetown

Heath Family Wineries Warehouse Coordinator (Georgetown location) We’re looking a Warehouse Coordinator who will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of satellite warehouse operations. This includes tracking available stock and restocking when necessary. This position will be responsible for handling and receiving all materials within the warehouse. This is a part-time (3 days), non-supervisory position. Must work independently, have flexible hours, and working evenings or early morning when the Tasting Room has closed. Full-time hours possible upon performance. Daily Responsibilities:  Run site with safety and efficiency as top priorities  Audit daily reports as required  Keep updated inventory reports to streamline monthly counts  Data entry for all inventories within the warehouse  Track warehouse on-hands of wines & more  Ensure all warehouse safety protocols are being upheld  Unload freight from trucks as they come in  Organize freight on shelves/racks, staging areas, and lockup cage  Utilize company vehicle to move supplies from warehouse to tasting room as needed  Utilize forklift to help carry heavy items as needed  Occasional trips to our HWY 290 Tasting Room/Warehouse in a company vehicle. Qualifications:  Inventory management experience  Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills  TABC certification required (we can provide these if needed)  Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions  Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook  Forklift certification required (we can provide this training if needed)  Must possess a valid Texas drivers license Physical Requirements:  Ability to stand for long period of times  Ability to safely operate material handling equipment  Ability to work in a warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively  Position requires physical stamina Education and/or Experience:  Warehousing experience preferred  Associates Degree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required  Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.  The ability to make decisions, problem solve, and prioritize assignments in a warehouse environment.
