Warehouse Coordinator
Armanino FoodsWarehouse Coordinator The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient daily operation of the warehouse through inventory control, shipping and receiving, material handling, delivery coordination, and warehouse organization. This role maintains inventory accuracy, operates material handling equipment, coordinates transfers and deliveries, supports forklift maintenance and certification compliance, and serves as the backup lead for warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate product transfers and staging. Assist with shipping, loading, and delivery scheduling. Operate forklifts and maintain required certifications. Help coordinate forklift maintenance and inspection schedules. Maintain staging sheets and shipping documentation. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits. Use basic computer systems to enter inventory and shipping information. Serve as the warehouse point of contact and coordinate daily operations when the Warehouse Manager is absent. Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification). Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
