SHIFT: 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Prepare shipments and manage related documentation.
• Generate reports and ensure data accuracy using WMS/ERP software.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other moving equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members and lead daily operations.
Essential Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution logistics.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP software and basic computer skills including spreadsheets.
• Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down) and other moving equipment.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in a GMP environment is preferred.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with warehouse workers.

Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm in a brand-new, 575,000 sq. ft. building. The warehouse is heated in the winter but not air-conditioned, though modern fans help maintain a comfortable environment. It will store and ship manufactured food from our North Jersey plant, and the facility will have a strong spice smell. Safety shoes meeting OSHA standards are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
