Warehouse Coordinator COMPANY: Nex-Gen Windows and Doors a Specialty Window Replacement Service Department: Production Reports to: Purchasing Manager Location: In-Office, Fort Collins, CO Employment Type: Hourly, Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Manager reports to the Order Process and Procurement Manager and owns the incoming and outgoing flow of materials that support project installations. This role is responsible for warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall production readiness, ensuring material availability and location are never a bottleneck to scheduled work. The Warehouse Manager is the primary point of contact for vendor deliveries and works closely with the Order Process team and Purchasing Manager on expected shipments and with the Scheduling department on upcoming installs, so that material flow and job scheduling stay tightly aligned. Position Summary Receiving & Vendor Coordination • Serve as the direct point of contact for vendor communications regarding scheduled deliveries. • Coordinate with the Order Process and Procurement Manager on expected material deliveries and anticipated timelines. • Oversee the receiving process for all incoming materials, verifying quantities and condition against order documentation. • Track and escalate any issues concerning custom orders or discrepancies in received material supplies. • Assist personally with large or heavy delivery loads as needed. Warehouse Organization & Facility Standards • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and a professional facility presentation at all times. • Establish and maintain a logical storage flow for large bulk material storage, consumables, and service parts. • Run a tight, well-ordered facility to ensure production materials are consistently accessible and available. Outgoing Materials & Installation Support • Coordinate with the Scheduling department on upcoming installs to ensure materials are staged and ready ahead of scheduled work. • Oversee the outgoing process of materials to support project installations, ensuring the right materials reach the right jobs on time. • Coordinate removal of project debris dumpsters at warehouse facility. Inventory & Asset Management • Monitor supply and inventory tracking to ensure materials supporting active projects are available when needed. • Monitor restocking of service parts and issue parts to personnel as needed. • Maintain asset management and tracking records for tools, equipment, and service parts. • Ensure consistent processes and standards are followed across all warehouse staff.
