Warehouse Coordinator

Keller Broken Heart Ranch is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support inventory control, material handling, equipment organization, and daily ranch operations. This role involves tracking supplies, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring feed, livestock supplies, and equipment are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of feed, veterinary supplies, equipment, and ranch materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Track incoming deliveries, verify shipments, and organize storage areas. Coordinate supply orders and communicate with vendors and ranch management. Maintain records of purchases, inventory movements, and equipment usage. Assist with organizing ranch supplies, tools, machinery, and livestock-handling equipment. Monitor inventory discrepancies and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items. Support daily ranch activities, including feeding operations, livestock care, and equipment preparation. Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas. Follow established safety procedures and ranch operating standards. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, agriculture, or ranch operations preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with inventory software, spreadsheets, or warehouse management systems is an advantage. Ability to lift and move supplies and perform physical tasks as required. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or with a team. Valid driver's license preferred.
