Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Parts Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Parts Manager, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Control to ensure the parts warehouse runs efficiently and accurately. You will:
➤ Assist Delivery Drivers and serve as a backup driver when needed, ensuring all orders are pulled and departures run on time.
➤ Support Shipping & Receiving, and serve as a backup when necessary.
➤ Help implement and maintain warehouse procedures and assist the Parts Manager with improvement plans and supervising delivery drivers.
➤ Understand Inventory Control operations and provide backup support, including preparing and expediting return shipments.
➤ Aid in daily cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
➤ Participate in training new employees in Shipping & Receiving procedures.
➤ Maintain inventory of shipping materials and warehouse supplies.
➤ Keep the warehouse and parts department clean, organized, and safe.
➤ Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks to move materials as needed.
➤ Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve daily warehouse challenges.
➤ Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all health and safety policies.
WHAT YOU BRING
◆ Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of related experience preferred (or equivalent combination).
◆ Communication Skills: Able to read instructions, manuals, and safety rules; write routine reports; and effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
◆ Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver’s license required, must meet company insurability standards; ICC physical required to drive box trucks; OSHA-approved forklift certification required.
◆ Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling; regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs (manual and mechanical assistance available). Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision.
