Warehouse Coordinator — Burner Parts Inventory R.H. Foster Energy | Hampden & Lincoln, Maine Keep our service teams stocked, organized, and ready to go. R.H. Foster Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate burner parts inventory and warehouse needs at our Hampden and Lincoln locations. If you enjoy keeping things organized, tracking down the right parts, and making sure orders arrive accurately and on time, this could be a great fit. This hands-on role focuses on inventory coordination, purchasing, and receiving. You’ll also support our procure-to-pay (P2P) process by creating purchase orders, maintaining receiving records, and helping resolve purchasing and invoice discrepancies. What You’ll Do Coordinate burner parts inventory across our Hampden and Lincoln locations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to keep essential parts available while limiting excess inventory. Create purchase orders for burner parts and warehouse supplies, following company approval procedures. Work with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, delivery dates, and order status. Receive and inspect shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and accurately record receipts. Track parts issued, returned, and transferred between locations. Complete inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate backorders, special orders, damaged shipments, and vendor returns. Maintain purchasing and receiving documentation and assist Accounts Payable with invoice discrepancies. Keep warehouse areas safe, organized, clearly labeled, and accessible. Work closely with service personnel to anticipate parts needs and support daily operations. What You Bring Must possess a State of Maine driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and a dependable, organized approach to your work. Comfort using computerized inventory systems and creating purchase orders. Clear communication skills and the ability to work with vendors and internal teams. Ability to prioritize needs and work independently across two locations. High school diploma or equivalent.
