Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Staff Member to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse. The employee will be responsible for receiving and moving products, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring that all products are stored properly. This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires physical work and attention to detail. Responsibilities Take care of the day-to-day operations and organization of the warehouse Receive incoming products, materials, and shipments and place them in the appropriate locations Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Move boxes, pallets, and products within the warehouse Organize products and maintain proper storage locations Prepare orders and products for customer pickups and shipments Check incoming and outgoing products for quantity and visible damage Maintain proper organization of inventory and ensure products are stored safely Keep aisles, storage areas, loading areas, and work areas clean and clear at all times Maintain a clean and organized warehouse throughout the workday Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely, where applicable Stack and arrange boxes and pallets properly and safely Assist with loading and securing products for delivery or pickup Follow proper procedures for handling damaged products and warehouse materials Assist with general warehouse cleaning and maintenance Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor Follow all workplace health and safety and warehouse procedures Ensure the warehouse is ready and organized for incoming and outgoing shipments Perform other general warehouse duties as required Requirements Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including lifting and moving boxes and pallets Ability to lift heavy items and stand or walk for extended periods Forklift experience and certification is an asset Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Reliable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic English communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of products Physical Requirements Regular lifting and moving of boxes and products Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying Ability to handle physical warehouse duties throughout the shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment and around loading and unloading activities Key Responsibility The primary responsibility of this position is to take care of the warehouse . The warehouse must be kept clean, organized, safe, and properly stocked and arranged, with products stored and handled correctly at all times. Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
