Position Summary The Warehouse Coordinator assures all product and inventory purchasing is conducted on a timely basis and that timely communication is received from the manufacturer. We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who prides themselves in accuracy and efficiency. Hours 8 am-5 pm Summary of Responsibilities Prepares work orders to enable warehouse staff the ability to process pick tickets the following business day. Enter daily purchase orders for flooring products using the ERP system and update ETA's accordingly. Identify changes to purchase orders and communicate those changes to vendors and internal staff. Track critical inbound shipments to ensure install schedule needs are met. Report any non-conforming deliveries to management and follow up on any corrective actions required of the vendor. Report vendor issues to appropriate personnel and participate in resolving those issues. Monitor vendor prices and notify appropriate management when increases occur. Assist Warehouse Manager and Purchasing/Inventory Control Coordinator with stocked material and inventory discrepancies. Work closely with Purchasing/Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure inventory balances are correct. Participate in the annual year-end inventory count as well as ongoing cycle counting of warehouse inventory. Accepts other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager and/or Purchasing/Inventory Control Coordinator.
