Snapshot of the Position At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking skilled individuals for our warehouse at Gander which supplies the fresh side of the Colemans business. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily receiving of stock from different vendors and other warehouse duties. What You’ll Do Assemble containers and crates Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents Maintain internal record-keeping system Record shortages and reject damaged goods Route goods to appropriate storage areas Pack goods to be shipped Unpack goods received Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments Oversee loading and unloading of goods Rate of Pay Based on experience Hours of Work 32-40 hours per week What We Are Looking For Forklift and fall protection certification will be a definite asset Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Able to safely lift in excess of 50 pounds Being highly motivated, energetic, and organized Your “Must Have” Skill Set Commitment to Colemans Culture, Vision and Values Ability to deliver the “extraordinary” service that is fundamental to Colemans Mission Previous warehouse experience is not essential, but a definite asset Our Team Members Enjoy Working for a Platinum Member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies Competitive wages and benefits Career growth opportunities Team member discount program Benefits: Store discount Ability to commute/relocate: Gander, NL A1V 2E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: warehouse: 1 year (preferred) Forklift: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
