At Hotline Delivery Systems, our warehouse clerks play a critical role in keeping freight moving, paperwork accurate, and daily operations on track. If you’re detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! WHAT YOU’LL DO Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy. Match freight, bills of lading (BOLs), and system information. Create receipts and enter shipment information into our warehouse management system (WMS). Process freight and collection documentation. Update shipment records and maintain accurate warehouse information. Communicate with forklift operators, drivers, and warehouse personnel. Help prioritize outbound freight and keep operations moving. Maintain organized records and a clean, professional work area. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and confidence with data entry. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
