YOUR CHALLENGES  

Ensure efficient and timely service in receiving, preparing, and shipping goods to the company’s external customers. Flexibility across functions.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Receiving

  • Unload merchandise;
  • Verify received goods;
  • Record receipts in our computer system;
  • Place goods safely in the warehouse in their designated locations;
  • Handle supplier non-conformities.

Order Preparation

  • Prepare customer orders;
  • Ensure compliance with special requests indicated on shipping documents.

Shipping

  • Verify the accuracy of customer orders;
  • Pack customer orders according to their specifications;
  • Process shipments in our system and the carrier’s system.

General

  • Safety is everyone’s responsibility: ensure safe work practices, follow OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, and remain aware of your surroundings;
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas;
  • Respect tools, equipment, and the work environment;
  • Report any damage or breakage to a supervisor.

 

SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS  

 

  • Order accuracy;
  • Service level (internal).


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • High school diploma (DES or equivalent);
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
