Warehouse Clerk

Job Title: Warehouse Clerk Job Description: Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience and a strong understanding of all warehouse operations, including inventory management, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities · Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments · Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment · Perform shipping and receiving activities accurately and efficiently · Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits · Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies · Organize and maintain warehouse stock locations · Load and unload trucks safely · Ensure inventory transactions are properly entered into the system · Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment · Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations Qualifications · Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience · Strong knowledge of: Shipping and receiving, Inventory management, Cycle counting, Order picking and packing, Warehouse documentation and procedures · Good proficiency with Microsoft Excel · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to lift and move materials as required · Excellent organizational and time-management skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · English proficiency required. French considered an asset.
