Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Warehouse Clerk to support both our shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a cross-functional role — you may work on the shipping side, the receiving side, or both depending on daily operational needs. Key Responsibilities Shipping: Review and mark up pick lists to execute outbound shipments accurately Select items from inventory based on pick lists Load shipments onto trucks and trailers Cross-check inventory against pick lists and identify discrepancies Communicate discrepancies to coordinators in a timely manner Receiving: Sign for and accept incoming shipments at the dock Conduct full and standard inspections of received goods Create dock receipts and scan shipment documents Photograph shipments upon receipt for documentation purposes Put items away and accurately record storage locations Qualifications Prior warehouse experience required (moving, freight, or logistics industry preferred) Forklift and/or reach truck experience required; certification a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong attention to detail in inventory and documentation tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player What We Offer Full-time, stable employment with a well-established Miami company Hands-on role with variety across shipping and receiving functions Supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
