Warehouse Clerk

Duties Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload goods safely Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or similar platforms Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards, international trade regulations, and trade compliance policies Assist with stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing stock rotation to optimize warehouse space Support shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers and verifying shipment details Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms Strong knowledge of shipping logistics and international trade regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes Valid certification for forklift operation Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively Physical ability to load & unload goods, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely Join us in delivering exceptional service through efficient warehouse management!
