Warehouse Clerk

Duties Accurately perform data entry and update inventory management software to track stock levels and locations Prepare orders by picking, packing, and staging items for shipment in accordance with shipping & receiving protocols Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating shipments with carriers, verifying trade compliance, and adhering to international trade regulations when applicable Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software for seamless order fulfillment and inventory control Support warehouse operations by conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating records accurately Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests and ensuring timely order processing Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and distribution processes Proficiency in inventory management software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or stock levels Ability to operate forklift equipment safely (certification preferred) along with other material handling tools like pallet jacks and RF scanners Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and order fulfillment data Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and international trade regulations is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety protocols and trade compliance standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills keep our warehouse running smoothly!
