QCD Seattle - Warehouse Clerk Warehouse Clerk – Seattle, WA What You'll Do: You'll support purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations by coordinating inbound shipments, scheduling deliveries, maintaining receiving records, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, managing details, and helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently. In This Role, You'll: Schedule and coordinate inbound receiving appointments to ensure timely delivery of products and materials Review invoices and shipment documentation for accuracy, pricing, product quality, and discrepancies Monitor inbound shipments and follow up on delivery issues with vendors and carriers Generate, maintain, and reconcile daily and weekly receiving reports Track inventory-related information and support inventory accuracy initiatives Communicate with suppliers to resolve product, packaging, freight, and delivery concerns Maintain accurate records within inventory and purchasing systems Partner with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to support customer needs Follow company policies, food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required Two to four years of relevant purchasing, receiving, inventory, or warehouse administrative experience preferred Experience with inventory control and order processing systems preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic math and analytical skills Certified forklift operator experience preferred Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accuracy The Schedule & Setting: Full-time position beginning at 6:00 a.m. Four-day, 10-hour schedule (Sunday through Wednesday) This is a fully on-site warehouse and office support position Regular interaction with vendors, carriers, and internal operations teams Fast-paced distribution operation s…
