Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using shipping & receiving procedures and warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory management software to ensure stock accuracy Prepare shipping documentation in compliance with trade regulations and international trade laws when applicable Support warehouse operations by organizing stock storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., AS400), and Microsoft Office tools Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse distribution strategies Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely Excellent data entry skills coupled with customer service experience to assist internal teams or external partners effectively Knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, load & unload procedures Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and e-commerce logistics This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment while developing their expertise in warehouse management.
