Summary/objective
The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency by accurately fulfilling and processing orders, coordinating incoming shipments, and maintaining an organized, well-functioning warehouse environment.
Essential functions

- Maintains an accurate running inventory.
- Run the daily order report.
- Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries in accordance with policy.
- Records, reports, and returns defective items.
- Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping.
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
- Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Build relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Should ensure that they follow each safety rule assigned

Required education and experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills.
- Be able to read and write simple directions or instructions in English.
- Should be able to speak and understand English so that the customers won't find it hard to communicate.
- Strong computer skills. Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred education and experience
- At least one year of sales experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
