Warehouse Clerk

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management are executed with precision. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely. Responsibilities Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and reach trucks in a safe manner. Conduct order picking and packaging for outgoing shipments. Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and order pickers. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking, packaging, and inventory management. Experience in manufacturing or construction environments is beneficial but not required.
