Warehouse Clerk

Position Overview: The Warehouse Clerk is responsible of receiving inbound goods, unloading trucks, performing inspection as required, puts-away, picks items for orders and packs, wraps and labels for shipment using handheld scanner, completes appropriate paperwork for receiving, stock locating and shipping. Other duties include basic housekeeping. Job Duties Distribution Receiving Receives and inspects external packaging of all incoming shipments for damage and documents any damage Scans inbound goods and routes to receiving inspection area Receives and processes returned goods (RMA’s) Receives foreign and domestic stock, then places into appropriate receiving area or warehouse location Receive Container shipments, UPS Delivers, and other deliveries Inspect products per requirements Warehouse Keeps areas designated for picking/packing/staging clear of other items Maintain order in the warehouse Replenish shelves with stock Dispose of obsolete items in warehouse per management direction Cycle count stock as required Advise purchasing when min/max supply is low Check and maintain exterior areas of grounds for debris Paint, clean or touch up stock as needed Maintain housekeeping standards, which including sweeping, cleaning dock and packing areas, garbage pickup Perform other duties as assigned Order Processing Picks finished products. Wraps and packs in containers as per required standards Determines the most cost-efficient bundling of items, (i.e., palletizing, or individual packages) Pick/Pack truck orders Pick/Pack package deliveries (UPS, etc.) Change or add labels to various products according to customer orders Process small orders using UPS WorldShip System Close out UPS WorldShip System at the end of the day Work overtime as needed Job Qualifications Required Bilingual in Spanish a plus High School / GED equivalent or higher Warehouse and Forklift Operation experience Familiarity with RF Scanner Computer literate Ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment Ability to work as a team Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to use hand tools and tape measure Ability to work between locations, as needed Benefits Competitive Salary based on experience Entry Range: $20.00—$21.00 Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term disability, Paid time off, AFLAC 401k with company match
