Responsibilities Enter shipment, receipt, and inventory details using data entry tools, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems; experience with ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems, MRP (material requirements planning), or AS400 is useful. Receive, inspect, stock, package, and prepare goods for shipping; support shipping logistics, trade compliance, and applicable international trade regulations. Pick and pack orders using an RF (radio frequency) scanner or order picker, and operate a pallet jack or forklift when authorized. Provide responsive customer service while coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams. Experience Warehouse experience in warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or order fulfillment is preferred. Basic math skills and accuracy with records, data entry, and inventory management software are important. Familiarity with picking and packing, order picking, stocking, and shipping logistics is an asset. Forklift experience is helpful; equipment operation must follow applicable safety procedures and authorization requirements. Microsoft Office skills and exposure to warehouse management systems, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 are preferred, not required. Pay: $23.81 - $28.67 per hour Work Location: In person
