Warehouse Clerk - 3rd shift - 11pm-7:30am Mon-Fri

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk supports the warehouse and production teams by ensuring accurate inventory records and timely data entry into company systems. This entry-level role is responsible for completing ERP and WMS transactions, assisting with cycle counts, closing out production work orders, and performing palletizing audits. The Inventory Control Clerk helps maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in daily operations within a food manufacturing environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enter production and inventory data into the ERP and WMS systems accurately and on time.
• Assist in closing out production work orders in the WMS.
• Perform routine cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Conduct palletizing audits to ensure correct labeling, counts, and compliance with company standards.
• Support warehouse and production teams with inventory-related tasks.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor for review and resolution.
• Follow all company policies, safety rules, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or data entry preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS familiarity a plus).

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts

 Perform repetitive or continue behavior including lifting 20-30 pounds

 Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds and up to 65 pounds rarely.  Frequent bending, crouching, or twisting

 Work in various adverse conditions such as tight or enclosed spaces, heights, and temperature extremes to complete work assignments
