Job Description The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day operation and organization of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, material handling, factory replenishment, customer shipments, and local transportation. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization while working closely with production, shipping, and other departments to ensure materials and products are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing documentation. Organize and properly store incoming materials and inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pull and deliver raw materials and finished goods needed by the factory, or for shipment to customer. Perform periodic physical inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation. Monitor inventory levels and identify materials that need to be replenished. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Make short local trips in company vehicles for material pickups, deliveries, and other company-related transportation needs. Ensure company vehicles are operated safely and kept in good condition. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Forklift certification required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 70 pounds. Ability to operate a company vehicle safely for local pickups and deliveries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately receive, count, identify, and locate inventory. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and willing to take ownership of warehouse responsibilities. Basic computer skills.
