Warehouse Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute to efficient warehouse distribution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accuracy and stock levels. Assist with order picking and packing, utilizing RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely and verifying order details through data entry and shipping logistics procedures. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory records to maintain precise stock levels. Support shipping & receiving processes by coordinating with carriers, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing supplies, and adhering to safety standards in warehouse operations. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ERP systems) and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and international trade regulations. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate record keeping. Experience with order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and warehouse distribution processes. Effective communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration.
