racy, preparing customer orders, and assisting with domestic and international shipments.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or material handling experience, forklift certification, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive incoming product deliveries and verify order and invoice accuracy.
Inspect shipments to ensure products are correct and undamaged.
Unload trucks and compare bills of lading against actual shipments.
Move products to designated warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Prepare, stage, and load customer orders for shipment.
Pull and ship orders using Oracle system picks.
Stack, corner, shrink-wrap, and band products for domestic and international shipments.
Prepare packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading (BOL), and shipping instructions.
Use carrier systems and shipping tools to process outgoing shipments.
Maintain warehouse aisle inventory and organize storage space efficiently.
Verify delivery drivers and help maintain building security.
Ensure exterior doors and receiving areas remain secure.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including dock areas, office spaces, and break rooms.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
Valid driver's license required.
Current forklift certification required; stand-up forklift experience preferred.
Electric pallet jack certification is a plus.
Oracle experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Basic math skills and strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to safely operate and work around heavy warehouse equipment.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and management.
Must maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Employment Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the anticipated duration of the assignment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
