Duties Enter shipment, inventory, and order details using data entry tools, Microsoft Office, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or AS400. Support inventory management, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics; use material requirements planning (MRP) systems where applicable. Receive, inspect, load, and unload goods; pick, pack, and package orders using an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift as authorized. Respond to internal and customer service inquiries, resolve routine discrepancies, and communicate issues to the appropriate team. Your impact: Accurate records and careful order handling help customers and warehouse teams receive the right products with fewer processing errors. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse distribution, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or logistics are helpful. Basic math, attention to detail, and comfort with data entry and Microsoft Office are important. Experience with a warehouse management system, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is preferred. Familiarity with picking and packing, order picking, stocking, packaging, and load and unload tasks is an asset. Forklift experience or familiarity with an order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized.
